You are responsible for checking that all uploaded photos, names, dates, text, and personalization details are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and production has started, it may not be possible to cancel or change it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an issue with payment, uploaded content, product availability, or incorrect pricing.

4. Uploaded Photos & Content

By uploading photos or custom content, you confirm that you have the right to use them.

You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content. We may refuse any order containing unsuitable material.

Uploaded photos are used only to create your personalized product.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown on our website and may change at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
