Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, or personal preferences.
Please make sure all details (photos, names, dates, text) are correct before completing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
European Union Customers
According to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
